Shipping Policy

BMSA Footing Solutions

This Shipping Policy outlines how products supplied by BMSA Footing Solutions (“BMSA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are dispatched and delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

BMSA Footing Solutions supplies products to locations as agreed at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, project location, and site access.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping and freight costs are quoted separately or included in the quotation where specified.

  • Any additional charges arising from difficult access, waiting time, redelivery, or site-specific requirements may be passed on to the customer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are dependent on manufacturing schedules, freight availability, and external factors beyond BMSA’s control.

  • BMSA is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, site access restrictions, or force majeure events.


4. Site Access and Unloading

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and safe access to the delivery location,

  • Adequate space for delivery vehicles,

  • Appropriate lifting or unloading equipment where required.

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, additional charges may apply.


5. Risk and Title

  • Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

  • Title to goods passes in accordance with payment terms outlined in the quotation or invoice.


6. Inspection on Delivery

  • All goods must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any damage, shortages, or incorrect supply must be reported to BMSA immediately and prior to installation.

  • Claims made after installation or use may not be accepted.


7. Delays and Non-Delivery

BMSA will make reasonable efforts to coordinate delivery; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party freight providers,

  • Delivery delays due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer,

  • Delays caused by changes to order specifications after confirmation.


8. Storage After Delivery

Once delivered, products must be stored safely and in accordance with BMSA’s recommendations. BMSA is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
