Return & Refund Policy

BMSA Footing Solutions

At BMSA Footing Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, engineered footing systems designed to meet specific project requirements. As many of our products are custom-designed and manufactured for individual projects, the following policy applies.

1. Custom-Designed Products

RapidStump systems and other engineered footing solutions supplied by BMSA are typically job-specific and designed to suit nominated soil conditions and structural loads.
For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-designed or custom-manufactured products once production has commenced.

  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations on custom orders.

2. Standard / Non-Custom Products

Where BMSA supplies standard, non-custom products:

  • Returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by BMSA.

  • 10% re-stocking fee is applicable on approved returns.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty, defective, or not in accordance with the approved design or order specifications:

  • Please notify BMSA Footing Solutions within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photographs, documentation, or a site inspection to assess the issue.

  • Where a fault is confirmed, BMSA will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the product,

    • Replace the product, or

    • Provide a refund or credit.

This policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Incorrect Supply

If you believe products have been supplied incorrectly:

  • Contact BMSA immediately upon delivery and before installation.

  • Installed products supplied in error may not be eligible for return or refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled prior to design finalisation or commencement of manufacturing.

  • Design fees already incurred may be non-refundable.

6. Installation Responsibility

BMSA Footing Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect installation,

  • Installation not in accordance with BMSA documentation,

  • Changes to site conditions after design approval.
