BMSA Footing Solutions
At BMSA Footing Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, engineered footing systems designed to meet specific project requirements. As many of our products are custom-designed and manufactured for individual projects, the following policy applies.
1. Custom-Designed Products
RapidStump systems and other engineered footing solutions supplied by BMSA are typically job-specific and designed to suit nominated soil conditions and structural loads.
For this reason:

Returns are not accepted for custom-designed or custom-manufactured products once production has commenced.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations on custom orders.
2. Standard / Non-Custom Products
Where BMSA supplies standard, non-custom products:

Returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by BMSA.
- 10% re-stocking fee is applicable on approved returns.
3. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to be faulty, defective, or not in accordance with the approved design or order specifications:

Please notify BMSA Footing Solutions within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, documentation, or a site inspection to assess the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, BMSA will, at its discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product, or
-
Provide a refund or credit.

This policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Incorrect Supply
If you believe products have been supplied incorrectly:

Contact BMSA immediately upon delivery and before installation.

Installed products supplied in error may not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to design finalisation or commencement of manufacturing.

Design fees already incurred may be non-refundable.
6. Installation Responsibility
BMSA Footing Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from:

Incorrect installation,
-
Installation not in accordance with BMSA documentation,
-
Changes to site conditions after design approval.
